First Home Buyer Advocacy Services

  • Assist you in defining your key criteria in finding the right home
  • Assist you in narrowing your search
  • Advise on properties to inspect that will suit your budget
  • Once you have inspected your potential home (rated 8 out of 10) we’ll inspect the property also
  • If it’s “the one” then we’ll move quickly and attempt to get it off the market for you.
  • We can also recommend Solicitor’s, Finance Brokers, Building & Pest Inspections (It is a policy that we do not receive any commissions for these referrals)
  • Liaise with other professionals - Solicitor’s, Finance Brokers, Building & Pest Inspections etc as required
  • Work with you throughout the negotiation process, advising on value, anticipated purchase price and strategy to purchase.
  • Private Sale & Off The Market – strategise approach, prepare Contract Of Sale and present your offer to the agent
  • Auction – prepare you before Auction, agree and sign off on your highest bid, advise you on our Auction bidding strategy and bid for you on the day
  • Attend Final Inspection

All Other Home Buyers & Investors Advocacy Services

  • Assist you in defining your key criteria in finding the right house, home or property
  • Assist you in narrowing your search by reviewing properties and identifying those that best meet your criteria
  • Provide reports for property investors
  • Advise on properties worth inspecting and organise property inspections on your behalf if required
  • Inspect properties on your behalf or we can attend the inspection with you and provide advice as appropriate
  • We can also recommend other related real estate professionals who may be required including Solicitor’s, Finance Brokers, Building & Pest Inspectionors. Please Note: It is our policy that we do not receive any commissions for these referrals so you can be assured that we will only recommend professionals whom we trust to do a great job.
