Joe Dunbar brings over a decade of world-class experience to the Property Home Base team. Having worked with Big Four consulting firms, he excels at bringing process, consistency, and order for his clients – allowing him to effortlessly navigate real estate transactions. Joe has a fresh, consultative approach with a high level of communication - both teaching and guiding his clients on their journey towards meeting their property goals.

Coming from a corporate Project Management background, Joe takes a very systematic approach to every engagement.  Always operating from integrity, Joe offers every single one of his clients a high level of authentic care. Joe’s clients experience a service that brings a warmth and human touch, that exceeds their expectations.

Whilst Joe does have a big soft spot for First Home Buyers – his analytical skills drive his passion for helping Strategic Property Investors find properties to increase their portfolio and achieve long-term financial success.

When not immersed in Real Estate, Joe loves cooking, entertaining and pursuing the development and study of new skills – whether it be a sewing class, or spiritual improvement on an ongoing basis, Joe feels that growth is one of the keys to keeping life fun and exciting.
